Loved it my fav house I've ever moved to
Poor hygiene! 🏊♀️ Pool not clean and service 😩. Shower at the swimming pool is not working since months 😡. #Hygiene #Pool #Service #Shower #Months
Building is quite neglected. Many persistent problems without any solutions. Fire alarm goes off on daily basis. Gym’s A/C has been broken down for two months now. Parking spaces have serious hygiene issues and are filled with bird droppings and bad smells. Parking entrance gets flooded every month due to water leakage. I’m starting to wonder if this building has any property management at all.
Neat and quiet, and full of kids in the evenings.

I gave been living around Dubai for 10 years.. Thus is one of the best areas in Dubai.. It us not far from the city you need 25 minutes to any place. I love it... But the kitchen is bad design.
Nice and quiet place to live
I love the location and the flat but the maintenance service is the worst. I have had leaks in the kitchen 3 times already. It takes maintenance for ever to come and still the leak is there. It is a nightmare...
Quiet neighbourhood adjoining E611. Fresh European design for Penthouses and Apartments centred on a community park
