The property is beautiful, the amenities are great, and the leasing manager, Eneida, was wonderful and very helpful. She answered all my questions and made my decision very easy.
I’ve been living here for only about a month. As someone who looks at reviews I wanted to leave my bit here after having lived here for 4 weeks. I have had good experience living here thus far. The apartments are quiet, no noise issues. Parking is plenty, concierge is attentive, package room is clean and organized. Management has been responsive to any needs/requests. Maintenance team has a quick turn around time and respectful. The apartments are well constructed. I had a great tour of the Hanover Preston Hollow, and the building truly impressed me. The design, finishes, and amenities are modern, stylish, and thoughtfully planned, making it stand out right away. Even more impressive was the customer service—the team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive throughout the tour. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that made the community feel both high-end and comfortable.
This building isn’t worth half of what they charge. I paid a premium for this unit because they advertised excellent amenities, high-end finishes, and professional staff. That’s the only reason I was comfortable paying above comparable buildings in the area. When I moved in, I immediately found a hole in my bathtub that had caused flooding, a rusty screw on the floor, and open cracks in the wall leading to who knows where. I recently toured Hanover Preston Hollow, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. The building is beautiful, the furnishings are high-end, and the apartments themselves are truly stunning. Every person I interacted with was professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The amenities were outstanding, the pool, common areas, and gym were all amazing. I just toured this luxury building with Eneida and had such a positive experience. She was kind, patient, and actually listened to what I wanted instead of giving a generic tour. She made me feel welcome and never rushed. I left feeling informed and excited thanks to her. She’s truly great at what she does!
Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews from real estate agents hyping this building. Living here is a constant disappointment. It’s a construction zone - there is no pool, there is no gym, there is one working elevator. Maintenance requests (and you will need them!) are ignored or closed without resolution. The lobby is stunning… the apartments are shoddily built/builder grade trash. I have been here for 3 months and it’s been nothing but a disappointment. There are tons of added fees, nothing works, and the “amenities” shown in photos are AI slop. The FTC should be involved it’s so…
