He was clear, responsive, and helpful every step of the way, which made choosing Broadview feel like the right decision from the start. Once we arrived, Zoran and Ana welcomed us warmly and made us feel right at home. They are exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive. They answered all of our questions, guided us through the move-in process, and…
We picked the Broadview for its great location & facilities. After moving in we discovered another incredible gem: the management team led by Zoran & Ana. They are absolutely fantastic taking care of us & creating a sense of community. We like it so much here we’ve just extended our lease.
Awesome building for location. It is a short 7 minute walk to 2 SkyTrain stations, restaurants, grocery, urgent care clinic, and anything else you would ever need. The residents in the building are very friendly and easy to talk to. Our building managers Zoran and Ana are very friendly and helpful for anything you may need. We just moved in and had a fantastic welcome from Ana and Zoran. They walked us through all the amenities and our apartment- ensuring everything was in order. The building is wonderful, the views are beautiful, and the staff are extremely helpful.
