Good developers. Pretty much stuck to all thier promises. Just didn’t like the delay in handover Nice community, they have good facilities. And are building a big beautiful mosque as well as building a temporary mosque whilst the main one is being built. Really nice and thoughtful of them Overall a very good experience May God Bless them

Neat quite and secure area, little bit far from the center of the city, but that's what makes it calm and suitable for good living.
The community is good... we just went to see some properties liked it.

I would like to offer my strong recommendation for Masaar developed by Arada. The master-planned layout shows attention to detail, abundant green spaces give a refreshing environment, and the quality of infrastructure and amenities is excellent. Disappointed – Kaya, Masar by ARADA I recently moved into my townhouse in Kaya, Masar after years of waiting and high expectations — but the experience has been deeply disappointing. The quality of construction and finishing is shockingly poor. Almost every corner of the house has issues: • Walls are uneven and poorly painted. • Windows don’t close properly, causing dust and insects to enter. • Doors started peeling within weeks, and I had to replace all of them at my own cost. • Kitchen cabinets keep falling apart, clearly installed with substandard materials. The owners of multiple townhouses in Kaya Masaar are rejecting our request to rent their offered units due to our Arab nationality!! Racism and discrimination that I have never witnessed before in the UAE
Beautiful community. Green, clean, spacious. Villa layouts are excellent. Construction quality is very good. Maintenance and overall all developer services are very good and professional.
