I’ve had the worst experience here. Reception is nice and helpful, but that’s it. There is no parking. I got my blood tested here, I told them I fainted when I get my blood drawn, they still sat me in a chair. My next visit, I was so rushed. I didn’t get to ask my doctor any questions. Her and the nurse were so off sync. I felt like I was there for 45 minutes waiting and they saw me for 2 minutes. I didn’t get any of my questions asked or answered. Do not go here if you value your health and want actual health care.
Dr. Tobin truly cares about his patients and explores every avenue of solutions for chronic headaches and migraines. The problem here is the wait time. I typically wait more than an hour past my appointment time just to see the doctor. It's frustrating to say the least and I'm considering leaving because of this. If I'm supposed to be respectful of the doctor's time, they need to be respectful of mine as well.
This clinic is an absolute nightmare to communicate with—utterly unresponsive. My 85-year-old mother received a recommendation from her pharmacist to adjust her prescription, so she called this group to discuss the change. The automated message already warns of a 25-45 minute wait time (which is ridiculous in itself), but after just 15 minutes on hold, she opted to leave her number for a callback. They eventually called back, took detailed notes about the request… and then did absolutely nothing. No follow-up whatsoever. Two days later, she called again at 10 AM and was told they were…
GREAT DOCTOR!!! Dr. Rishi Basnyat has provided exceptional care for my complex medical conditions, including Long-Haul COVID, severe allergies, and COVID-related lung damage. He takes the necessary time to listen thoroughly, evaluate carefully, and develop thoughtful treatment plans. Though appointments may run behind, it is a reflection of the individualized attention he gives each patient. I highly recommend Dr. Basnyat for his professionalism, clinical expertise, he also is willing to collaborate with other physicians to assure I’m getting the best possible care.

We were referred to Dr. Nawaz at Banner Unversity Medical Center GI/Liver after our special needs daughter was released from PCH. She has a rare liver defect that was repaired at PCH. Because of the repair, we expected her to be a life-time patient at PCH. We were very worried about finding any doctor(s) for her considering her health history. We are so thankful that we found Dr. Nawaz and Banner University Medical. He has provided excellent care for our complex daughter. The staff there is Top Notch. I was really hopeful to finally see a gastroenterologist after struggling with stomach issues for almost a year, but my experience yesterday left me feeling completely unwelcome. I had an appointment with Lynna Alnimer. When I asked the doctor about the Miralax she recommended and mentioned my weight loss concerns, she raised her voice at me. It was unexpected because I was just curious and worried, not raising my voice at her. Throughout the visit, her tone felt dismissive as I tried to explain my medical history. Just want to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to Dr. Lambert she is absolutely amazing! 💕 Every visit, she takes her time, truly listens, and always makes sure I leave feeling informed and cared for. It’s rare to find a doctor who genuinely loves what she does and treats her patients like family. Thank you, Dr. Lambert, for all that you do you’re the best! 🙌💙
Banner pulmonary department is fantastic! I was fortunate to become a patient with Cameron Dick, MD and Erin Lostracco NP who planned my treatment resulting in good quality of life! They quickly responded to my concerns! Great staff who are also professional and caring.
