Everyone is always real nice and cool here, I love this location! They have a great exchange policy and have a variety of products. Definitely five stars.
I had to come here to replace a pipe for one of my customers that I had broken while cleaning their house. I had bought 2 pipes, or at least I thought I had. When I returned to my customer's house to give them their pipes, I found that there was only one in the bag. I was not charged for the other one, I guess I should've paid more attention before I left. The lady who helped me was polite, I guess there was just a misunderstanding on what I had wanted.
I come here to get my American Spirit tobacco I've been rolling my cigarettes for over 15 years I buy the tobacco here because the people here are amazing go in there and be nice God bless you have a wonderful day have everything you need all kinds of cool stuff go check it out thank you ladies for all your cooperation and all the cool things always blessing you all with all good Praises nothing but wishful thinking to all of y'all got her amazing keep up the great work
Planet K is pretty cool with lots of good stuff. They are very over-priced, however. The staff is welcoming except one person who I assume is a manger. Her demeanor was very unwelcoming and her attitude was obnoxious. She was snarky when I was trying to buy Delt-8 Pre-rolls. When I was asking about prices she was pushy and kept saying”you can pass” in a conceited manner. For a first time customer she is the reason why I won’t waste my money there.

Rude and disrespectful customer service. Guy was in a bad mood or something and didn’t say anything and just started scanning our items all fast and not even giving us the chance to ask to buy things behind the counter. Got upset because one of the items didn’t have a price. To top off the night one of the female employees was leaving and I understand people tend to joke, but I would advice the young lady to think before you speak in front of customers that if anyone of your co-workers wants drugs to go to her…. I won’t even mention what my husband witnessed when we left the store as she got…
The young gentleman and young woman were very helpful and nice and asked if I needed any help. They make you feel so welcome. I always love to look around to see what items they have . Got me some new tarot cards. If you are looking for unique gifts’. This is the place to go .
I feel as if the employees here talk down on you when you buy specific type of things. We all have different taste. I used to love coming here but the staff became really rude in the past 2 years. I had been going to hazel for a while and i decided to come here. Regretted that. Just treat your customers better and don’t be little people.
