Zach was THE best host and our stay fit our needs perfectly. Easy check-in and out. Comfortable. Close to everything we wanted to do and see during our time there. Will definitely be staying here again. 5 out of 5, no notes.
Fio was amazing to work with! She was very friendly, patient, and made sure I understood everything throughout the process. She genuinely cares about helping people and it shows. I’d definitely recommend asking for her if you’re looking here.
I Received a call when I was 10 minutes away from the apartment complex on move in day with all of my things to verify which apartment I was wanting to move in to(this was verified 2 months ago). Upon arrival they had put me in an apartment that was not even close to the one I chose and was shown. That is called a switch and bait, which is illegal. I had the U-Haul packed and everything with my things. They were unwilling to accommodate me to find me another open apartment that was closer to what I was actually planning on moving in to and what I was shown. It also took 40 minutes to get a…
LOVE living at The Zeller! The community is clean and comfortable. We’re always using the gym and pool, which both feel new. And the staff are so willing so help with anything needed. Zachariah hooked us up with a great apartment, and is always there to help.

Most of the staff is great, but management (Greystar) is absolute dogwater. Like many others have said, loved living there but after moving out we got slapped with charges that made no sense. When we asked questions, one of the managers was pretty cold to me and didn’t help at all. Like okay queen I get it you have a job, but why are you shilling for this mega corporation when you could be helping the people with your power.
I lived at Zeller Apartments for over two years (from July 2022 to around October 2024). During that time, I rented both a one-bedroom and later a two-bedroom unit. Overall, while living there, I kept the apartments in good condition and always maintained a positive relationship with management. I even left a good review when I moved out. Unfortunately, after moving out, my experience completely changed. I was suddenly sent a pile of confusing charges that made little sense to me. I had already paid a $500 deposit, but instead of returning it, they claimed I owed even more. Later, these…
At The Zeller, you’ll get a beautiful space to be yourself, in a community that supports a love and caring you have in every way, of your furry friends. The location is perfect. Their office staff exceptional. Maintenance staff tremendous. This is home. This is solace. THIS, is The Zeller.
I’ve been here for nearly 2 months now and quality seems to be getting worse. Packages go missing, no one changes the water filters so they’re always flashing red, the trash room is disgusting and dumpsters spill over everywhere which smells and looks Awful. If you park on the second floor you have to pass through the trash room to get to your vehicle- the trash rooms are also out of commission on each floor so you HAVE to go in there or they will evict you. I feel like I live at a landfill. Is there a maintenance staff here at all? The dog washing station is literally a hose in a storage…
