If it’s windy (which it always is down here) then the handicapped door does not work properly in the Sky Tower building. Really awkward and painful to watch people who need that door struggle to exit or enter the building. Also in this photo is 4 MONTHS OF PROGRESS!!! Of our “POOL BEING FIXED DILIGENTLY AND EFFICIENTLY” at the Sky Tower at 11AM on a weekday… perfect time for people to be AT WORK if you ask me… it’s been closed for FOUR MONTHS ALREADY….. & apparently it’s estimated to be closed for a total of 6 months :) which is literally insane(!!!!!!!!!) for a building asking its residents…

Do you want, fire alarms at 5am on Saturday? Thrill of speed racing in underground parking lot? Do you, like overpaying for a cheaply constructed unit? Enjoy side stepping animal excretion in hallway for weeks? Look no further! This is the place you didn’t know you were looking for. The building ensures in every possible way you never sleep to enjoy the best view! Edit: responding to below. If you don’t know your problems already, read the review again slowly, don’t pretend like you’re hearing it for the first time.
Fees for visitor parking??? Absolutely absurd. The condos surrounding the area at park lawn and on Annie Craig DO NOT CHARGE FOR VISITOR PARKING. My friends who live DOWNTOWN Toronto MOSTLY have FREE visitor parking. This is actually mind boggling the fact they charge for parking. Security team are good. Building management needs to change I have no other solutions for their inadequate knowledge and professionalism. Use first place residential use ANYONE other than they quacks. Worst management ever!! First off, the builder charged the people extra for floors 50 & up for our own dedicated elevators but NOPE we only have access to two elevators while all other floors have access to every elevator so enjoy waiting sometimes for 20-30 mins. The management is so unprofessional they never respond to emails or calls & the fire alarm goes off EVERY OTHER day. Imagine getting woken up at 3,4 AM by a fire alarm then finding out its a false alarm every single time. The security guards are the best thing here everything else is absolute trash.
