UPDATE---- The new renters next door at 9347 Cannon Beach like to hang out in front of your bathroom windows and enjoy leisurely strolls through your sod Section 8 is becoming rampant within the townhome area of Fairwinds Seaire. A large majority of the single car garage townhomes are corporate investments with untasteful renters. Multiple complaints have been lodged with the HOA management company Kai/breeze who is completely disconnected and unwilling to intervene. Seaire is shaping up to be something truly special in Parrish. While there's still construction underway, the vision for this community is impressive. The 4.5-acre lagoon centerpiece is going to be a standout feature, and the location offers excellent access to Bradenton, Sarasota, and beyond. We’ve already started inspections here, and it's clear this will be one of the most sought-after neighborhoods as it continues to grow.
We had a great experience with Heidi of Dream Finder Homes and the Seaire Community. Our financing and closing went quick. We used the provided JET Homes mortgage company (Great experience). We have bought 3 homes over the last 20 years and this has been the easiest, best, and most stress-free experience of the three.
