Casa di Francesco is an awesome place to live. Speaking for myself as a senior i was one of the first people to move in the building and prior to moving in the building the staff was out of this world with politeness and kindness, let's not leave out how professional they both are. The managers name is Diamond and the assistant managers name is Natalie. I thank God for the both of them first and foremost and second I thank God for my bea clean apartment. We toured the facility and one of the rooms in search of a 1-bedroom apartment for an elderly family member. Both the apartment as well as all facilities (library, gym, work space, a get-together room, separate garden area for growing plants, etc.) looked clean and well-maintained. All residents we encountered during our visit appeared to be nice and kind individuals. Throughout the application process we were assisted by Diamond. I've been a tenant at CASA DI FRANCESCO since April 2025 and so glad that I moved here. It's a very clean, safe and quiet environment. You can share your love for gardening or just enjoy the serenity of the community gardens. The management team Dimond and Natalie made my transition go smoothly and maintenance Eduardo responds to your call quickly. YES I recommend living here.
Casa Di Francesco is a beautiful new property for tenants 55 and older looking for a quiet, relaxing place to call home. The apartments are spacious and have views of trees and open fields. The management team of Diamond, Natalie and Eduardo are very helpful and friendly. They do an excellent job to assist tenants in any way possible to ensure a pleasant environment. Daily activities are available if you want to join in or you can relax in the community garden under a giant oak tree and enjoy a cool breeze, read a book or get your hands dirty planting your favorite flowers or vegetables. Update in regards the review management comment below I am completely correct on the statement I made for the apartments in sefner Casa di Franceso. How can I be wrong if the apartments name is almost in Spanish. I certainly placed an application for an apartment and the manager was a short and heavy woman. Her personality made her even more rude and unpleasant. I still do not recommend this place. I believe this management in place should investigated by federal agencies providing subsidies. Beware of this place. They advertise affordable apartments for rent but in reality when you complete…
