Unfortunately, I had a very difficult experience. I left my bike in the condo and it took me longer than expected to return to Singapore. During that time, they removed my bike and are now unwilling to help me locate it. Despite sending my bike's information to management, I have not received any responses. I lived in the condo for two years and was never informed about any bike labeling system. It seems they changed the system shortly after I left. I acknowledge that I left my bike for an extended period, but their complete lack of willingness to assist in locating it is truly shocking.
Worst condo ever . Big and cant even allow delivery riders to go in . Had to walk from entrance all the way in . and its not a short walk .
Very well maintained condo, with a unique, beautiful exterior unlike any other condos. Quality of the facilities and house is great, swimming pool is beautiful. Professional guards, nice management staff who are good with communication and superb in helping out with what you need, that I am impressed everytime when I interact with them. Highly, highly recommend

Very nice landscaping condo with decent size of land. Feel like in a different corner of Redhill neighborhood. Very windy & green. View from tower blocks are fantastic
Location wise it is near to Redhill, Henderson & Orchard area but will need your own car to get to anywhere. View at the top level of a small chill out area is amazing of the surrounding town view but before going outside to the chill out area there are units on the same floor which can be abit of inconvenience to the owners, this design is not well thought. Carpark though is very well designed with clear directions to the various blocks and even OUT of the basement, well lit in the day and there were a few charging points for the hybrid vehicles. Quite a few RRs, Bentleys & various sports…
It's a nice condo, don't get me wrong. But the angular nature of the design can be a little annoying, especially if we are trying to fit furniture fixtures to the space efficiently. Also location is a little off the grid, which can be a double edged sword for many to consider. It's fung shui optimized, that's something I found out, and there are many rich people staying here (just walk past the car park, and you'll see a huge contingent of sexy cars).
