Square Ardıçlı Sales Office

This project is the worst project in istanbul. If you don't wanna have any problem and get ur unit on time and live in it. Never go with this company. At first they give you one price. And then other extra prices will come on top of it. The gas is not active in the unit. If you get the unit by installment you won't be able to get a residency card so you won't be able to activate the gas. They won't tell you these at the beginning everything and extra stuff comes up after which is ridiculous. They don't know English properly very poor management and the staffs are very rude and unprofessional.…

Very bad service after we buy the appartment and over charging ,not fulfilling their promises i wish I didn’t buy it from this company.

Racist Company & Unnecessarily expensive. They’ll trick you into buying an apartment with good contract even tho the contract says if you miss a payment, you’ll pay fine or risk loosing your apartment to half the total payment made but you’re expected to give them forever if they don’t deliver as at when due. They wont tell you they won’t let you rent to a foreigner until the day your tenant bring thier properties in, then they’ll tell your tenant to go away because they don’t allow foreigner. How does that make any sense in a tourist country where foreigners visit daily and when you pay…

Very good service. These apartments are amazing. The whole complex will be excellent when it is completed.
