Cullman House is truly an amazing place! From the atmosphere to the overall experience, everything exceeded my expectations. It’s welcoming, well-organized, and you can really tell they care about the people they serve. Rhea is absolutely the best! She is so helpful, friendly, and genuinely sweet. She makes you feel comfortable right away and is always willing to answer any questions. Her openness and experience really stand out you can tell she knows what she’s doing and truly cares. If you need anything at all, she is definitely your go-to person. I highly recommend Cullman House to anyone…
Toured about 12 places in Charlotte and this was by far the best apartment around. Rhea, our leasing agent, was especially fantastic in the way she pitched us and her overall hospitality. She made our moving experience simple and easy ie brilliant communication and detail to attention. She’s by far the best leasing agent around and I would definitely recommend people to atleast tour Cullman House and experience her super energy and the Amenities within this Apartment.
UPDATE: >Small joys: My previous apartment was right behind the light rail and train, so they became my daily alarms. After living there for four years, I got used to it. Now, two months into being here, I never hear a peep from the train, it’s pretty lovely. Additionally, I’ve also had the pleasure of working with Max, Rosa, Jailene, and the maintenance team. Everyone truly goes above and beyond. I’m really happy with this community choice<< I live in the area and recently came across Cullman House Apartments. I called and scheduled a tour, and upon arriving, I had the pleasure of being…
I had a great tour with Jailene at Cullman House Apartments! She was honest, friendly, and had excellent customer service, which made the experience really enjoyable. The community has a beautiful modern aesthetic, a welcoming energy in the lobby, and overall feels like a great place to live. Although I didn’t end up choosing this building because of the nearby train tracks (just a personal preference since I work from home), I’m very sure Cullman House would be a wonderful community to live in. I was seriously considering it and highly recommend checking it out!

I moved into Cullman House earlier this year and it’s been a fantastic experience. The leasing team made everything smooth and the maintenance team is so quick to respond whenever I need help. My apartment gets so much natural light and I’m so excited for my next chapter in NoDa.
Cullen House has truly been amazing. I love how every time we go downstairs we are always greeted with smiles. I asked if they had anywhere I could leave my business’s flyers and they didn’t at the time. A few weeks later they set up a table just for us to leave flyers and learn more about the area and other businesses we can support. Thank you guys so much for not just listening to us but also implementing new things we ask for!
Rosa, Jaylene, Tasia, Max and my maintenance guys are all amazing and so much fun. I always leave for work with a smile on my face. Nothing beats hospitality and they definitely provide that southern hospitality and charm you are looking for in a new building. They are so attentive and genuine— they have set my bar too high for Apartment complexes. Love this place!
Not a resident, but I wanted to leave a review for Tasia—she is outstanding at her job. At some other communities my friend and I visited today, we were treated almost like a nuisance, but Tasia greeted us with a smile and was more than happy to show us all the options and explain everything in detail. In addition to her friendliness, we were impressed by how knowledgeable she was about the various floor plans and the area in general. The property itself is very high end and impressive. If I were looking I would definitely consider the Cullman House (I was helping a friend). TY Tasia! Ps…
