Construction is extremely noisy, and the management needs to take action. It’s unbelievable that they work even during weekends! PLEASE UPGRADE WINDOWS INSULATION Since the construction is for Azizi, they must be more strict with the timings.
Be ready for that guys Even no door mats. If someone will tel me before I rented this room I will never move to the place where I can’t put DOOR MAT! And dear management think about the bottle for water. When you are doing your projects. Or do you think guys we are drinking water from the city water supply? Did you see your studio? Where should I keep the bottles ? I’m really sorry that I’m here …(
Very beautiful building with great amenities, including an infinity swimming pool for both adults and kids, and a fully equipped gym. Everything feels new and well maintained — a wonderful place to live!
Good project

I strongly advise against purchasing units from any Azizi project. Their track record is marked by consistent over-promising and under-delivering. Not only are their project deliveries frequently delayed by 4 to 5 years beyond their initial commitments, but they also fail to meet their contractual obligations and minimum quality standards. The promises made during the sales process are misleading, and their entire marketing strategy is deceptive. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by steering clear of Azizi projects.
I can’t see any improvement in the project please update the details
