I don't live at these apartments, however from what I can tell, parking was not even an afterthought. I am constantly having vehicles park in non parking spots in front of my house.
I've never had this bug problem at any other apartment, I don't know what kind of bugs these are, they're not grasshoppers. They continuously come out of the shower drains and sink, bug fuming does nothing they always come back. You'll find them everywhere, in your bed, closets, laundry, food cupboards, etc. Can't walk around barefoot cause they blend in with the tile.
The office staff is fantastic! The maintenance crew is very quick to help with anything. As others have mentioned parking is an issue. Due to the neighborhood I wouldn’t walk alone at night. It is not the complex, the neighborhood itself needs to be cleaned up.
Staff is very friendly and the apartments are nice. I’m giving it 3 stars because the parking situation is horrible! You HAVE to be home by 7pm if you want a place to park. Otherwise you will be circling around looking for a spot and have to park far from your unit down the road! And it’s not the safest area so as a woman I don’t feel comfortable walking down the street from my car late at night. I will probably not renew my lease because of this alone.

The whole process of touring to moving in was so easy! And everyone was so friendly when we moved in they had a little surprise for us and it really meant a lot ! Thank you property is very nice and clean! And actually pretty quite place .
The complex from the outside kinda lacks some personality, but everything inside easily makes up for it. Staff is amazing, building is new so everything is very sleek and clean, and I haven't had a single issue since moving in December. Especially coming from my previous complex where my needs were never met and the place was practically falling apart, these apartments are a Godsend. I'm actually paying a bit less for rent than I was at the last place, so I really cannot complain. Not to mention the short walk to downtown Mesa that I regularly take advantage of. Katie and Machala made the move in process a breeze. They were both very pleasant to work with and were in constant communication throughout. Thanks you two! The apartments are brand new and so far we're very happy with them. Super clean and spacious. The gym is all new and clean. Pool is nice. The outdoor areas aren't much to write home about, but that's not a big concern for us. This seems a very calm and quiet area, with only a quick walk down to Main street and downtown Mesa, with some fantastic little shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. The Internet is fantastic. Beautiful new apartment community. My husband and I rented a 2 bedroom. We absolutely love it here! They floor plan is spacious. The appliances are top notch! The gym and pool are outstanding and well maintained. The office staff are professional and truly care about their residents. The location is perfect! I highly recommended 2nd Avenue Commons to anyone looking for a new home.
