Beautiful building with great front desk staff but management co. is a hot mess & sponsor is nowhere to be found. Hopefully will improve once residents get control of the building. Until then hold on for the new building bumpy ride
Gorgeous new Leeds building with lovely staff and fantastic amenities. A sanctuary in the city.
Great location and over all amazing building. Epically love the brick work.
Monstrosity

Who allowed this monstrosity to go up and ruin the landmark character of Morningside Heights?! Riverside Church is the most beautiful church of NYC -/ now it’s dwarfed and blocked partially from view. This is disgusting!
A great project done by Lendlease and Robert AM stern! Try 19th floor and up to clear views and 30th and up for another level surroundings. We all know RAMS does it well. I approve this building! Get in here before. Contact me for showing! Highly recommended.
