Had heard very good things about this developer. But my experience stopped at speaking with their team. Don't know about the building but their staff are difficult to deal so my experience ends here. Would not recommend.
The staff is so un attentive and don’t bother to call back or don’t answer any queries once sale is done.
Extremely unprofessional staff. Building may be good. But horrible staff.
Well built property to purchase or rent.. highly recommended!

I live right next to this construction site, and unfortunately, the experience has been extremely frustrating. The work seems to go on nonstop — weekdays, weekends, even late at night — with no clear schedule or respect for residents in the area. The noise is relentless and often unbearable, affecting daily life and sleep. It appears that there is a serious lack of proper planning and control on site. Amazing 🤩 Best in Arjan Very luxury and beautiful 👌🏻
Could you please clarify when the construction of this building will finally be completed? The work has been ongoing for more than three years, day and night, yet the project is still unfinished, while one of your nearby buildings Signature was completed much faster. You ignore critical comments while answering only to positive ones. Meanwhile, residents of the neighboring buildings are experiencing constant inconvenience: the 24/7 noise makes it impossible to rest properly, and children cannot get enough sleep before school.
Honestly it’s been so frustrating . It’s been almost 3 years the construction is not finishing. Other buildings already finished and this one is a constant noise.
