I own a few units here so hopefully my insights will help you ~ photos are of my units, which I rent out for short and long term stays. Fun fact: I am known by Gentry Manor staff as Number 1 (#1) since I was the first owner to have keys handed over. So I am a bit famous here. This is a new residential building developed by Megaworld with 4 Towers (A, B, C, D) with around 1300 units. Tower A (18 levels) is ready for occupancy, with the critical 60% owners acceptance rate achieved back in June 2024, so association dues are active. Commercial spaces should be ready early 2025. Newly turn over condominum. Very good location and Amenities is very nice. But no commercial shop downstairs.
