A good livable community, it's built inside a big gated community which consists of 3 separate gated communities, october park is one of them next to patio and rayos , the compound is still under construction , still no governmental electricity, water or natural gas , but they claim they are going to be fully functioning in the upcoming years , one day it will be a good place to live in , an overall good experience
Quite and nice place to live their
Large area, excellent football field, one padel court. Until now only two small shops for food and drink are available. Keep in mind the place is still not complete yet and there are still new things under construction
