The stay was absolutely fantastic overall. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly housekeeping staff, such as Aysun was very attentive and caring in terms of your requirements. They made my stay extra especial.
I had the best experience in this beautiful hotel. The staff truly embody what customer service is all about and what a hospitality industry should be like. A big shout out to YOUNIS at the front desk, his kindness and willingness to help and make the guest feel welcome was especially appreciated. Congratulations Hilton. Keep Shining.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hilton Mall of Istanbul. Everything was truly perfect—from the hotel facilities to the wide range of activities and suggestions for what to do in the area. We literally felt at home, and even decided to extend our stay by an additional week because we enjoyed it so much. One of the main reasons we felt so comfortable and welcomed was without a doubt the amazing staff member Ceylan. She took care of us as if the hotel was her own home rather than her workplace. I arrived at the hotel around 10 PM. Reception initially gave me room 2012, but the key did not work. The bellboy contacted reception and they assigned another room, 2011. When I entered the room, it was not properly cleaned. The carpet was dirty and there were no tissues. I was exhausted after a long journey, so I did not report the issue that night. The next day, I informed reception about the room condition. They said housekeeping would take care of it. We went out and returned in the evening. When we came back, the carpet was still dirty. Generally a pleasant stay but expect more given the price. My room had a number of issues, the AC kept acting up, the water was either extremely hot or cold and the curtain did not close properly. The breakfast was okay. Although it had variety, it lacked some basic foods you would usually expect and find in other places. The staff were decent but nothing out of the ordinary, I don’t see the friendliness and attentiveness mentioned in the other reviews.
One of the best Hiltons that we ever stayed at. Rafat at front desk really took care of us. We even got a room upgrade. It's attached to the mall, with food courts, shopping. The breakfast buffet spread was unbelievable. It's like a 20 minute ride from IST Airport on autobahn and costs US$ 50 for a ride in a taxi. Extraordinary experience. I recommend you all to give it a go!
Despite our reservation being canceled by Booking, the front desk officer Melissa helped us tremendously, arranging even better and nicer rooms. Her professionalism made our stay stress-free. The service was excellent, and the view from our room was amazing. The room itself was very comfy and cozy, perfect for relaxing. The cleaning service was outstanding, keeping everything spotless and fresh. We also enjoyed the easy access from the hotel to the Mall of Istanbul.
