We are extremely happy with the facilities, the apartment, and especially the staff. Moving into the Camden complex has truly enhanced our lives.
I recently did a tour and decided on the same day to apply. Within 2 hours the lease was signed as well. Dwight did a great job and was very helpful. I asked a few of your residence about their experience living at Camden Hilcrest, and they all shared high satisfaction. Great location, quality and value. I hope living here will be a similar experience.
We have lived here since 2023. We love it! Facilities are beautiful, landscaping very well maintained. Maintenance and janitorial staff take pride in their work and it shows! Leasing staff has always been very accommodating and easy to work with. Apartment units are very spacious and community is quiet. Between the location and quality of living you will be hard pressed to find a better all around situation in San Diego.
I recently visited a friend at Camden Apartments, and I just have to say—the grounds and overall presentation of the community are absolutely beautiful! While I was there, I happened to run into an employee named Mario. Even though I didn’t have a scheduled appointment, he took the time to kindly answer my questions about the community, as I’m seriously considering making Camden my future home. Thank you, Mario, for your patience and for being so pleasant and welcoming. I’ll definitely be recommending Camden to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Two weeks ago, I went into the Camden apartment homes and spoke with the gentleman at the front desk. He seemed to not know what he was talking about. He said they clean inside where the gates are. And they expect San Diego to take care of the hillside. The problem is no one‘s doing anything. The amount of trash I saw yesterday, and all the dirt debris, dried brush right up to the gate is scary. I see people smoking all of the time, and in fact, you’ll find a picture in here with a bunch of cigarette butts by that cement box that’s homeless smoke crack and other things. All it’s gonna take is…
I can't say enough good things about Camden Hillcrest! The property is stunning, and the amenities are top-notch. The pool is absolutely amazing, a perfect oasis for relaxation, with plenty of lounge chairs and a beautiful view that makes you feel like you're on vacation every day. The gym is well equipped, and the shared spaces are always clean and welcoming. What really sets this community apart is the maintenance staff. They are incredibly responsive and always go above and beyond to make sure everything is in perfect working order. I've never had to wait long for anything to be fixed, and…
This community is a fantastic and beautiful place to call home! I love its central location in San Diego, which offers easy access to everything the city has to offer. The property itself has modern, top-notch amenities that enhance the overall living experience. The onsite team is absolutely outstanding and responsive, always going above and beyond to ensure all residents enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Dwight is a fantastic staff member. Dwight assisted with my decision to move in. And he’s been extremely kind and helpful ever since I’ve moved here over a year ago and do not plan to leave anytime soon
