ASHTON AND JUSTIN ARE AWESOME! So knowledgeable and full of knowledge. My dude and I had a good time at this store. We’ll be coming back just because of them!

Great place to shop for new and unique gadgets and interesting items. The staff is always is helpful. All of the staff here feels like people you would love to hang with outside of the establishment. Just a cool and friendly atmosphere. Great incense selection too. I will visit regularly.
Planet K is such a fun and unique store! Every time I stop by, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. They have such a wide variety of cool and quirky items—you can always find something new and interesting. Definitely one of my favorite spots to shop!

Planet K always chill, Elli was + + + w/ customer service :) ..., I'm a 'boy scout' and I pick up trash, there is almost none here! ever :) :) :) ..., From their beer cooler try Tupps out of McKinney, TX for sure. Try their 'Evil Dankster' IPA @ 9% (danger, danger! Will Rogers!) 4 just $2.49/ Lone Star 16 oz '140' = $1.49 :)..., it's a customer service for folks in the hood.
I purchased a disposable vape, fresh out the box. The vape started dying less than 24 after purchasing it. Was told I couldn’t get a replacement even thought I had the box and receipt. This is not he first time I have sold a faulty vape and they refuse to exchange it. Every shady business practices , will never come back to this shady business. Not worth your hard earned money
I used to be scared walking into this place when I was like 15 or 16. I use to walk in hoping it was a cool hippy-stoner working that wouldn't ask for our I.D. which was rarely. Instead we'd hear, "HEY!" "MUST BE 18!!!" LOL .. Now as I'm older I freaking love this place!!! The people working here are always nice, helpful, and really cool people. MUST wear masks to enter, but other than that it's a cool experience be visiting this store. They sell all kinds of neat stuff FR. Everyone must visit promise there is something for everyone!!
Kevin and Jason were very knowledgeable and helpful when I was deciding on a vaporizer for my sore throat needs!! Great customer service and people skills!! Will be back....LOVE your store!!!!
