We were living there from 2017 to 2021. It was amazing, beautiful place and environment. Every member of the concierge was always kind and helpful. That time in Dublin were the best years of our lifes so I will be always grateful to have lived there. It was a great place to be close to seapoint, shopping centre, parks, tennis courts, bike paths… I wish I could come back to those years, especially because she was by my side but now… she’s my star

Apartments are great. Expensive (like most Dublin), but good quality. If only they had proper rolling shutters. I miss having total darkness in the room.
I recently moved into the West residence facing onto Brewery Road. It's a lovely development, with modern A energy rated apartments, a remote working facility and a gym. There is a distinction between the East residence and the West residence. The East residence opened around 2008-2010 and they are beginning to show their age. Those apartments are the yellow blocks. The newer buildings are known as the West residence and are grey/white with a separate underground car park, concierge service etc. The area is very nice, safe, with great landscaping, and the playgrounds are fantastic. Amazing apartments to live in. They are 180m distance from bus stops, 10 mins walk from Luas. On one side at 1.2km you will find stillorgan village shopping centre with Tesco and Lidl while on the other side at 2km you will find Dunnes and Aldi. Apartments are newly constructed, well maintained and have very supportive staff.
Beautiful, serene and quiet. Looks like a paradise on earth. A lovely place to live a decent and quiet life. Well organised staff, ready to help all the time. Abigail and Slaine are marvellous staff. They gave me all the helps to settle down.
Lovely place for living.. quiet, peaceful and amazing neighbors..it has a playground for children also..
Its a okay society, having low energy homes in it. Its 24*7 concierge in it for any help also you can keep your keys there. For children's having a very small park for 800 flats. Tennis court and bus top is very close. Overall okay.
