Awful! Emaar group don’t care about people who’s living here! They’re making construction all night, here I mean WHOLE NIGHT, non stop, even though it’s illegal! It’s absolutely impossible to sleep! So if you’re thinking of buying an apartment here, it’s gonna be your biggest mistake!
It has several residential towers with maintained swimming pools for men, women, and kids. It also has gym and events halls. There is Steakhouse and other food and coffee chains outlets. Flats' rents are high, but considering the services, worth it.
Clean and new entity . Preferably to visit eve time during fountain ⛲️ time & playing music with lighting at the food court outdoor
Travelled here from Jordan and am staying here, heres my experience: it is a very big and perfect apartment depends on the space they have, they have all your needs for space not too much or not too little space, elevators speak about what the elevator is canna do so it makes you pay attention on whats canna happen. And the entry is big not making a crowded building and there parking is better than almost every place i visited and i am saying this because its crowded with other buildings, i gotta say its perfect.

Very bad maintenance... During night time, windy weather and no cleaner for establishments. Garbage all over the place.
Bad maintenance over all, elevators was off today due to rain. Cheap environment with those loud music and shisha cafes all over working until 3 am. Apartments are rented by singles with suspicious behaviours. Disappointing at every aspect
A place where lots of good cafes and restaurants with good atmosphere and nice walk way that you can walk around... much busier during weekends, which cause a parking concern... keep the standard high and make sure cleaning and maintenance should be follow to keep the standard high for a life time attraction of jeddah Peoples
It's good structure of design with fully equipped with glass commercial towers 3towers in front facing the main road
