Loved the apartments and the salesperson, Daniela was amazing!! Beautiful and reasonably priced. They even have a dog washing station on the premises! Definitely worth a look.
The people who work here are so friendly and helpful!
I recently toured this community with a friend and had a great experience. Laurel helped us primarily, however entire office team was extremely friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the property. The community itself is brand new and absolutely beautiful. We’re not planning to move until the fall, but this community definitely made a great impression and is at the top of my list. I look forward to coming back later this year to apply!
I was assisted by both Laural and the newer gal, (apologies can’t quite remember her name, blond hair) both did a phenomenal job and were great with everything. Both very welcoming and friendly! On par with the best apartment tours I’ve had. Would highly recommend both of them to my friends. Thanks for a great tour!

My experience with Olivean Apartments was awful, and I’m sharing it so anyone considering Rowlen Apartments can avoid the same issues. What happened to me affected both my housing and my career, and it showed how unprofessional and inconsistent this company can be. I leased at Olivean in July 2025 and was excited at first. That changed fast. My friend and I scheduled a follow-up tour to confirm details—especially because he had been given incorrect information about his apartment’s color scheme.
