Absolutely love our Olmsted Apartment! In unit washer dryer, full kitchen, 2 closets & sunny days with sunset views at night! Along with beautifully appointed lounge areas, workout rooms, pool, parking and top notch management! Just steps away from all that is a Savannah - truly a Great place to call home!
I love everything but it’s frustrating because I keep asking for help finding packages and have gotten little to no help. I love our management but they have been quite lazy lately and other people in the building agree. We deserve better service for issues.
I’ve really enjoyed living here. The building is well-maintained, management is responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The location is convenient and the apartments are comfortable with a nice layout. Overall, it’s been a great place to live! I’m absolutely loving it!!
Props to the whole Olmsted fam! Maria, Grace, and Stephanie keep things running smooth in the office - Ty and Keith keep the building in good shape, always quick to assist with whatever task comes up. Grateful to the whole team for all they do, sure it’s not easy but always love seeing their faces throughout the day. Nothing but good vibes. 🩷 My husband and I were the very first tenants to move in, right when Olmsted opened in 2021, and we are enjoying our time here and appreciate all of the hard work that goes into everything. Thank you, Maria, Grace, Stephanie, Ty, and Keith!

Olmsted Savannah is seriously the best place to live! From day one, Maria and Grace in the office have been so friendly and helpful — they always go out of their way to make things easy and make you feel at home. The amenities are amazing (the pool and gym are my favorites), and everything always looks super clean and well taken care of. The location is also perfect — close to everything you need but still quiet and peaceful. I honestly couldn’t imagine living anywhere else in Savannah!
I lived here for 2 years from mid 2022-mid 2024. I don’t know what new management is like here, but the previous management was fantastic and was always friendly and helpful if I ran into any problems. The community here is also generally quiet and not disruptive. The common areas were consistently clean and all the amenities were pretty much always accessible and working properly. Everything in the unit worked and felt at least decent quality, which should be expected as these are new, expensive units. I also always felt secure walking around the area and parking my car in the parking…
**Disclosure: I'm staying here for temporary housing. The space is good for one person. Amenities are solid. The gym is nice but minimal to me comparative to other luxury apartments I've lived in. I don't like that at time of move in the filter on the fridge is red. When I asked about the process to submit for maintenance,tl they said that they don't pay for that- and because I'm here for temporary housing I'd have to go through the 3rd party. I'm just saying if I'm paying $3k+ monthly I expect everything to be covered. Now I'm a week in, I drink a gallon of water a day so it's added up…
Wouldn’t live anywhere else in Savannah after staying at the Olmsted. Cameron was beyond helpful throughout the move-in process, was super accommodating, and went above and beyond to take care of the residents. The architecture, interiors and amenities are sub-par with some of the most luxurious apartments out there. The maintenance, valet trash, heated saltwater pool, coffee machine and the common parlor, electric fire pit and the outdoor porch just made living here the most serene experience I couldn’t had. I cannot stress this enough, after dealing with money-hungry and careless landlords…
