Deep Lagoon at waterside has delicious bourbon roasted brussel sprouts. The shrimp Tower is wonderful
Great area with lots to do. Whether you enjoy shopping, restaurants, walking, concerts (when available) or the farmers market they also offer on Sundays with a variety of items. It is a great place to spend sometime with the family or even for couples looking for a relaxing night. It does get very busy though.
Our first night tonight at Waterside — and what a perfect welcome! 🌅🎶 Having just moved here this month, tonight was everything we hoped for: live music floating through the air, golden sunset skies, and an incredible first dining experience. We kicked things off at Agave Bandido — delicious food, vibrant atmosphere, and a big shout out to our amazing server, Shay! 🙌 We’re already looking forward to exploring more — from the Sunday Farmer’s Market to the quaint shops and all the fun dining spots still on our list. We had a great time walking around checking out vendors etc. Stopped for about an hour to listen to some live entertainment! What a beautiful day in the shade at the pavilion listening to music. Nice Adirondack chairs! Loved it.

Always a good to be there. You can sit down and have a drink, go for a walk or get some great food! Love to see that there are so many families and young people!
I just ate at the new Agave Bandido at Waterside Place near Lakewood Ranch for the first time. It's a very nice place with a lot of color and atmosphere. They have booth seating and an indoor/outdoor bar with a large outdoor patio for many more tables. You are right along the water with a large lake beside you. Part of the outside is covered by a roof and the rest is open and lit by Edison bulb lighting. They have murals on the indoor walls and large glass lighting. I enjoyed the food. I had one of the large selection of nachos for an appetizer. It was good sized and laid out well. I had one…
I just love this up and coming area. The views are spectacular and I'm jealous of those who are building homes or living in the apartments/townhouses. They sponsor a farmers market on Sundays filled with vendors offerings variety of services and products. Live music is available not only during this event but also various times throughout the week. A few restaraunts and additional businesses are open at this time and many more are in the works to open soon. They even have a water taxi that will be available in the future. It's a must visit spot!
