If you qualify, be prepared, because these people have a strange system for calculating your income, designed to make you miss out on the opportunity and force you to do things their way. My husband was selected the year before last, and instead of basing their calculations on the income reported to the IRS, which is our actual combined income and quite low, they made exorbitant calculations using his pay stubs, multiplying a high amount by 12 months. It's awful that they waste the time of loyal and honest people who are seeking this assistance out of necessity.
I am a current resident at Pinnacle 441, and I want to describe my experience as factually and honestly as possible so others can make an informed decision. Recently, I received a “Seven Day Notice to Cure” because management stated they reviewed surveillance footage and observed individuals exiting the gym area. What stood out to me is that management was able to review and rely on camera footage for this incident — yet when a serious crime occurred here involving a vehicle having all four tires stolen in the parking lot, residents were told that the cameras supposedly could not be reviewed…
I saw this morning a medium size dog in the 7 floor balcony all alone. He look like we want to get inside the apartment but nobody open the doors for him. The building facing johnson street. I hope he is fine and they don't leave him outside all day long. Because that be terrible for him is a small balcony in a high floor and is really hot outside. I am very worried for him.
I am current resident, the property is beautiful and the staff is nice. My biggest issue with Pinnacle is the parking. The Visitor parking to be exact. In order to receive a visitor pass you must request one from the office during business hours which Mon-Friday 9am-6pm. They expect you to plan a head to request a visitor pass but in many cases visitors are not planned. I recently had car problems on a Sunday and had to rent a car and due to the office being closed I was unable to request a pass. Which I mean I was not able to park the car at place where I pay rent and I have 2 children. I…

I would most definitely recommend Ray for his dedication, his above and beyond drive to help me get approve but unfortunately my financial situation were not up to par. Him and also his partner (celeste) tried their best and guided me with patience which was so sweet and refreshing. The only experience I had with PINNACLE WAS FILLING OUT AN APPLICATION for an apartment, 2 bedroom's which I am in need of. I am disabled and living is a place which I'm no longer comfortable in.
