This is the worst place I have ever lived. There isn’t a manager on site; you have to call Chicago for any help, including maintenance. The AC was leaking, and the roof leaked whenever it rained. There were bugs and frogs everywhere. I was without water for three days because someone turned it off, just dumped it. I wouldn’t let my dog live here. This place has been a disaster since D.R. Horton sold it.
This is seriously the worst place to live!! We moved into a brand new home & the AC was leaking in the walls! Water damage & mold everywhere! Our house was completely torn apart and under construction for 3 1/2 months!!!! The gave us a credit of $215.00 this place is a joke
Imagine living in Nazi Germany, this is what you can expect. The office trolls the community daily, and will examine every part of your home. Maintenance thinks it is appropriate to unlock your door and just walk inside. (while your home) Park a car on the street? oh no they will call, text and email, bang on your door and demand it be moved off a public road. If your car leaves a tire track in a driveway they will demand you pressure wash NOW or threaten you with fines and canceling your lease. Beautiful and peaceful place. I don't know who to talk to but I tried to ask the community for help but it said "this content was reviewed by management and taken Down." I need help. we're having ants coming out of every wall, door frame, windows, stairs of our home, they are biting our babies. We put a service request on the 15th for pest control and still have not received any. Do anybody know of any product out there that can kill ants?

Absolutely beautiful community! Stephanie Morales, the property manager, is the most wonderful person to work with. She is kind and knowledgeable and made the moving process so pleasant and smooth.
I’ve lived in several places all throughout the state of Florida in my life - and from the moment we arrived at Lake Griffin Reserve we felt at home. Stephanie was our leasing consultant and she especially made us feel at home and throughly explained the property, the community and even city highlights. We had barely started looking when we arrived at Lake Griffin - we were going to set up multiple appointments all throughout Orlando and outer areas…Apopka..Mt. Every moment from the time I initially called to double check that I was calling the right place, to the application process, paperwork, viewing the model home, and of course, how thoughtful it was of Stephanie to give us a "Welcome Home" gift!
