Secured. Clean. Huge parking and pool. Clubhouse is covered with huge trees. Standard size and covered basketball court. Huge swimming pool for adults and kids. Overlooking mountain view.
Spacious
Nice ambiance. The Staffs are approachable.
I think if they insist on charging the residents to use the pool, then they should keep the pool and pool area at a better standard than what it is. Pool is typically dirty and murky. Surrounding deck is dirty and pool furniture is not good some broken.

Nice and clean air subdivision
The pool is big but it's dirty. Plus it's not free you will pay for it for a 100 pesos it's ok to pay but it should be worth it.
Not a very populated subdivision yet, the Club House looked a bit aged and not too well maintained.
A great place to thrive and live. Very peaceful and good for nature lovers
