If i could give it 0.5 stars i would likely give it, store opens at 10am upto 8pm but doctors will be there at 4pm so basically where is the 6/7hours of free time? Good thing they didnt add bookings oh wait they do have online consultation but i still need to be there for the picture of my concern i mean should i be there before 4 or I dont know, messenger customer service shit not going to lie

Derma 101 was a total game-changer for me after pregnancy! I find it completely absurd that customers are still being charged for PPE when the facility itself doesn’t meet even the basic standards of sanitation to justify it. The markup is outrageous — you’d be better off bringing your own. And if PPE is so essential, shouldn’t the staff be held to the same standard? Their shoes go in and out of the reception area and the treatment room without any regard for hygiene. So really — what’s the point? It feels more like a money grab than a safety measure. I had a great experience with DERMA 101, thanks to Dr. Melanie and of course the staff 😍.
