I am so happy to stay in Pulse res park B3 at Dubai South.
I do not recommend this place. For three months I have not been able to get my maintenance to repair all the damage in my apartment. In addition, for over a month since moving in I have not received Ejari. And when you wake up in the morning be sure that you would wake up to the stench of sewage.
Lots of leaks
Premium building! Good facilities! Very modern and clean! Not far from Maktum airport and EXPO. Easy to reach to JLT and Marina
