Adrianna has been so kind and incredibly informative throughout our touring and application process! Definitely ask for her she knows so much about the area which is gorgeous and plenty about the complex itself. The amenities are absolutely gorgeous aswell as the apartments and i could just go on! we have only toured so far but we are super in love and she made us even more excited!!
Carina, with maintenance, was quick to respond, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She went above and beyond in completing her job. We also are very pleased with the office staff as they have been very helpful in helping us get moved in and settled. Thank you!
I have had bad experiences with apartments in the past. This apartment is not one of those. It is brand new, the staff is incredible, and the minor issues I have had have been taken care of in a few days of not the same day. Rob, the maintenance worker answered my work order within hours and went out of his way to help me! I love this apartment and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home!
The Aura Apartment Complex truly feels like home. It’s clean, peaceful, and luxurious. The entire team is exceptionally friendly, highly responsive, and has provided the best experience I ever had with any apartment community. Carina is an invaluable part of the team; she’s always kind and ensures Aura stays spotless and well-maintained. Rob from the maintenance team has helped me multiple times, and every experience has been consistently excellent. At the front desk Jordan, Adrianna, Leyla, and Dawson made move in seamless and are always ready to assist with anything I need. I had few issues…

The Aura complex is awesome. The whole team is incredibly friendly, super responsive, and overall the best experience we’ve ever had with an apartment complex - by FAR. Rob, on the maintenance team, has helped us so many times fix issues and every time has been a 10/10 experience. He is great. Karina is also an incredibly valuable part of the team - she is so so nice and keeps Aura running. Jordyn, Adrianna, and Dawson at the desk made it so easy for us to move in and are always willing to help us however we need. The only downside I can say about Aura is they promised a $1200 gift card…
We’ve had a great experience living here overall! The leasing team is incredibly friendly and helpful, they guided us through the move-in process and have been supportive ever since. The apartments are brand new, the amenities are excellent, and the team does a great job organizing community events that make it easy to meet neighbors and feel connected. The gated fob access, spacious parking, and clean common areas make the property feel safe and well maintained. It’s truly a comfortable place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it. On the downside, the Wi-Fi (provided by Whitesky) has been…
From the apartment, amenities, and staff; my kids and I have enjoyed making the move to Aura Main Street!! Jordan was phenomenal with our application and move-in process. Also love how secure the property is as well. No regrets!
My experience with Jordan, Layla, and Dawson at Aura Main Street Apartments in Lewisville, TX was exceptional! I was a bit frazzled when I moved in. They were calm, patient, and helpful. They provided all the answers to my questions, and continue to do so. I love these apartments. Everything is brand new! The amenities are spectacular as well. Thank you Jordan, Layla, and Dawson for your kindness and understanding. I recommend these apartments, not only for the beauty and amenities, but also for all the front office does to make move in as easy as possible. GIVE THEM ALL A BIG RAISE!
