I come to visit my girlfriend often and Everytime I come to this complex there is dog poop EVEYWHEREEEEEE. This place is doo doo central! I’m telling you it’s all over the place. The residents allow their dogs to use the bathroom wherever and then they do not clean up after them. My girlfriend took her dog to the dog wash near the dog park and it smelled SOOO BAD ! There was dog hair everywhere. Supplies just placed all over and it wasn’t nice at all. The dog park also has poop all over the park. It’s like there’s no place for your animal to live or for you to walk around this place. It’s not…
Leasing my apartment at The Dorsey by Alta has been such an incredible experience from viewing the unit to move-in day. The entire process was seamless, organized, and honestly way easier than I expected. Everything was clearly explained, and I never once felt confused or overwhelmed. They were happy to answer all 50 of my questions almost every day it felt like lol Easten is an absolute joy to speak with and truly one of the most pleasant and professional people. She made the entire experience feel welcoming and exciting, not just transactional. Lisa was also incredibly helpful, kind, and…

I’m helping my younger sister find her first apartment and we found the Dorsey. Miss Lisa was so amazing and kind. She took the time to answer all of our questions and was happy to help. I truly enjoyed meeting her and touring these beautiful apartments. I can’t wait for my sister to move in.
Very beautiful property! The whole complex is wonderful! Lisa is absolutely outstanding! She goes above and beyond to make every resident feel welcome and valued. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-notch service in an apartment community! Five stars all the way!
Ladies in the office are the best in town. Lisa and Easten greet you right at the door and provide the best customer service! Madison and Amelia are always helpful and joyful to whatever concerns or questions I have. 10/10 recommend! I can’t wait to move in.
had a great experience with this apartment community, and I really wanted to shout out the team because their customer service honestly stood out. Miss Lisa and Easton were amazing from beginning to end — professional, patient, and extremely helpful. They didn’t rush me through anything, answered every question I had, and made the whole process feel smooth. The property itself is clean and well-kept, the hallways always smell fresh, and maintenance actually shows up when you put in a request. Even the small things — like the way the office staff greets you by name, or how they always make…
