New building, good place.
Great service all around. The downstairs team is fantastic and always helpful. Kathleen is consistently cheerful and incredibly supportive. The cleaning team also does an excellent job.
If you just moved to Bahrain and looking for a place that makes you feel at your own home then you should see Seef Ave. II, the hospitality is amazing, the staff are very kind and helpful. When you enter the building you can feel heartfelt welcoming. Strongly recommended.

It has been absolutely amazing experience thus far. I moved from a chaotic and loud flat to the most zen and quiet space I’ve known. I look forward to stepping into my home every day. The staff is wonderful. Everyone from the property manager, maintenance, front desk and housekeeping. Shankar is incredibly helpful, as is Duncan the maintenance manager. What makes a difference is also how much they actually care. Highly recommend Seef Ave for anyone looking for a new home. And it doesn't hurt that the best pizza place is walking distance and a great laundry place.
This location is highly recommended for both residence and accommodation. The staff is exceptionally accommodating and welcoming. The lobby is impressive, with outstanding front desk personnel. The rooms are spacious, featuring elegant decor and furniture. Overall, this is an excellent place to spend quality time.
