A new place with great potential, the sea view and the breeze are breathtaking ❤️🇧🇩
Great place so far, we have been here one week and staying for one more ^^. Yes, there is construction going on around this building - but nothing that has been annoying. The pool is great and it’s actually cool to see all the development that’s going on at the moment The staff and people here are super nice as well, plus points for them all! There’s a store if you leave opposite direction in the lobby and they will help you carry it to your apartment if it’s too much! 🙏
I am German and stayed for 4weeks at Anwa by Omniat. I liked the location and decided actively staying a bit more away from main hubs. Why? To Palm, just 30min by car, Gold Souk in 30min walking distance, Dubai Creek Harbour nearby, Metro Station just 10min by Uber. Dubai Maritime City is a relaxing area and I liked the Service very much. Pool is super, Gym also and you even have a small shop downstairs. Perfect price/value.
Impressive location, facilities, and posh interior! The view is without doubt stunning!

I spent 3 years renting a one bedroom apartment at Anwa until recently. For the first 18 months my stay there was perfect. The view from the apartments is fantastic and the quality of the fittings in my apartment was excellent. The apartments are spacious too. The receptionist and security guards are outstanding. However, the maintenance team only assist with minor issues. Two towers are being built either side of Anwa tower and it is now virtually impossible to use the swimming pool because of the noise from the ongoing construction. The air is constantly filled with dust. For me the rent…
High standard waterfront residence. This 1 BR frim Marriott's Mansions & Homes selection is rather a good deal, though on 2nd floor, overlooking the swimming pool with all attached noises. But despite the surrounding constructions sites and their daylong hammering noises, it was quiet at night, till 5:a.m. Much better than previous experience at Rove La Mer hotel, where construction moise was permanent day and night and one could not even sot outside for breakfast. The furniture is still in good condition, but the bedding would need updating. There was issue with flies and tiny (biting)…
Beautiful views and amenities BUT, If you’re renting here be aware that the management is inexistent. The building has serious water infiltration problems and my ceiling keeps getting wet and cracked, it’s so annoying and the worst part is that I told everything to my agent and she is not getting any response from management. The heater is also not working so I don’t have any hot water. Beautiful building with so much potential but the management is awful, there is also a very rude and poorly trained Asian girl at the reception who will always create problems if you have maintenance workers…
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! In the interest of fairness, I’ll share the pros and cons. The GOOD: -the view -the front desk security are super helpful and always very polite. The BAD: -the building isn’t ready to be inhabited. - the swimming pool was unusable since I moved in over 6 months ago and is now being rebuilt (estimated timeline to completion 4 months) - water is currently dripping through my bedroom ceiling due to the apartment above flooding - all the walls have cracks in them - the 1st floor parking lot floods when it rains - the 4th floor parking lot is still a construction site -daily…
