They have changed their hours but cannot be bothered to change it on google. Thank you for wasting my time and ruining my evening.
Went today for the first time. The large black girl was talking to another employee and acted like I was bothering her when she saw me. She did not greet me… she just looked at me for me to place my order. This person shouldn't be dealing with the public as she came across as a miserable individual.
I bought a red bean milk tea, yesterday night around 7pm. When my wife bought it home the red bean was spoiled and I had to throw the drink completely in the sink.
I love Taro-flavored boba, probably one of my most frequently ordered drinks at Presotea. This is one of my favorite Presotea location because they have nailed every order perfectly, with quick and excellent customer service every time.

Friendly staff, very clean, I got a brown sugar latte and the sweetness was perfect, definetly better than most other places I've been, WILL be coming back!

Been drinking mango presotea several place but each time your mango slush taste more water than other. Think that the owner need to fix. Today Nov 2024, I try another time to give the owner a chance but your mango slush still taste water. Your mango is not sweet, still hard that you need to crush in your mouth because not well mix . Your staff put only 1/4 of mango and the balance is ice and water. How can customer pay such a high price to have this quality of drinks. I’m very sorry for your customer as for me, this is the last time I come to your place.
Love the place! Been going since opening a few years ago. Always excellent service and delicious bubble tea, such a treat. The owner is a great guy and easy to talk to 😁
