Love this place! The variety of Jbeauty, Kbeauty & Cbeauty products are quite extensive. They do some good sales too & prices are affordable. I always end up filling up my basket when visiting.

My last visit was quite disappointing. It was very crowded and chaotic, with boxes everywhere. There was barely any space to properly view the shelves. I asked twice about the same product, and the response I got was simply to buy it online.

I recently visited W cosmetics to buy a snail mucin cream but it was out of stock so one of the staff members insisted that I should try the Centella Skin Barrier Care Probiotics-Cica Cream instead. I clearly told them that I have sensitive, skin, but they still strongly recommended this cream. Unfortunately, this product did not suit my skin at all. After using it, my skin became worse, and it felt like a complete waste of money. I’m really disappointed because I trusted their advice, but it ended up damaging my skin instead of helping it. Jemma is incredible!! I came in the day before a big event with crazy peeling post micro-needling skin. She rushed around the store recommending products I wouldn’t have even thought to try. The routine she gave me as well as the advice completely fixed my skin. Genuinely could not thank her enough! The products I got I will definitely be repurchasing and I love. She explained all of the ingredients as well as how much and when to apply in order for my skin to go back to normal before my event. She literally saved the day. THANK YOU SO MUCH JEMMA!!!

Some of the staff display unacceptable behaviour. I can understand some Mandarin, and I overheard staff making a racist comment about a Black woman who was testing the darkest shade of the Tirtir cushion, saying it still didn’t match her skin tone while making weird faces. It wasn’t directed at me, but it was still hurtful to hear. I regret not recording it or speaking up at the time, but I didn’t want to cause a scene. Plus, some staff respond to customers needing help as if they are inconvenienced, though others are friendly and helpful. I hope management addresses this behaviour and…

The girls here are so sweet, I appreciate their help every time I am shopping here. Joyce especially, she’s so cheerful and bubbly. My soup was spilling from my takeaway bag and I felt so awful, a bit dropped on the floor and so I told one of the girls at the counter and she was nice about it, asked Joyce to assist with it and Joyce was just so comforting and reassuring. She’s so friendly thank you very much for your kindness today.

Wcosmetics is an absolute GO-TO at Westfield carousel. The staffs are well trained with manners and professionalism. I went a few days ago to look for a cream and was served by a staff member called Zoey. She was so patient and helped me find the perfect product for my skin type. I would definitely recommend this store to everyone who's interested in asian beauty products. Wcosmetics' service and products do NOT dissapoint!!
