We had a wonderful experience during our stay at Cx Tower. The team has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my time here. I also want to mention about both Rossanna and Pamela, as they are always ready to assist residents and consistently provide great solutions whenever needed. Much appreciated and highly recommend Cx tower.
Working with Kadesia Salzl was great! She was always quick to respond and provided so much information! She made the process so easy.
I had a great experience with the management office, especially Pamela Samoy. She helped me secure an underground parking spot for my SUV and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I initially had a spot that was better suited for smaller cars, and when I requested a change, Pamela assisted me right away and found a more suitable space. Everything was handled quickly and professionally—thank you, Pamela, for your excellent service!
I lived in this apartment for about a year and overall had a very good experience. The building is well maintained, the neighborhood feels safe, and the unit itself was comfortable with good sound insulation. I would especially like to thank the staff Pamela and the building manager Rossanna, for their kindness and responsibility. They were very supportive and helpful during my move-out inspection, which made the process much easier for me. I truly appreciate their efforts and would recommend this apartment to others looking for a nice and safe place to live.

I had an outstanding experience leasing with CX from abroad. The building itself is fantastic with modern amenities and beautiful views. The leasing team is very professional. Special thanks to my Leasing Consultant, Adriana, for her exceptional service. Despite the significant time difference, she maintained close contact with me, provided prompt replies to every email, and patiently answered all of my questions. Her support was invaluable and made the stressful process of securing an apartment abroad smooth. I am incredibly grateful for all her help and highly recommend CX.

The building is very well maintained - clean, quiet, and well-managed. There's a lady who regularly vacuums public areas and keeps the hallways spotless, which I really appreciate.
