  • Whoever manages and/or owns this building is definitely not living in it. Poor receptionists and the constant beeping near their working place. Constant faulty fire alarms due to their own equipment failure and morning tests. The garbage chutes are constantly blocked and there is no proper separation practice. Definitely a place that will lower your quality of life.
  • The social committee here does an amazing job organizing activities, and the concierge is always friendly and helpful. One of the best communities I’ve experienced for social living!
  • I'm loving life in this condo! The neighborhood is great, safe, and the building is always clean. The concierge team is friendly and helpful, and management is responsive and proactive. Amenities like the gym, pool, and outdoor theatre are fantastic. Plus, I appreciate the peaceful location - no nearby highways means I can sleep easy at night! The facebook and WhatsApp community group are a bonus - neighbors are supportive and friendly. As a newcomer to Canada, I feel right at home. Of course, just like any building, there might be the occasional issue (elevator stoppage, etc.), but I've…
  • CityLights is a friendly, well supported condominium buildings. It has numerous community clubs such as badminton, book, cycling clubs etc and variety of social events like movie nights, summer bbq, etc organized regularly. The amenities included regular swimming pool, heated kids pool, sauna, gym and basketball/badminton court. Its a rare find in the city.

  • I’ve been renting at CityLights Broadway for about 3 years and it’s been a good fit. The building feels secure, everything is clean, and day-to-day living has been straightforward. It’s one of the better Toronto condo experiences I’ve had. The management team and concierge are responsive and easy to deal with. Any questions or minor requests I’ve had were handled quickly. Move-in was simple, and the process felt organised. The location really works for my routine. Being near Eglinton station makes commuting across Toronto easy, and there are plenty of options for groceries and takeout within…
  • I’ve been living at CityLights on Broadway for over a year and it’s been a good experience. The location is hard to beat. It’s convenient but but still quiet enough for a residential feel. The building amenities are well-designed and maintained. The gym has everything I need, and the shared spaces like the pool, the bbq, and basketball court are a god send. It’s a nice bonus in warmer months. In my experience, elevators are quick and reliable, and parcel management has always been smooth. There’s consistent social events and the community is welcoming. I enjoy living here.
  • Great location — super easy to access with the subway yellow line and bus stop just around the corner. The building is nice, has solid amenities, and the condo management team does a good job keeping things smooth and well-maintained. They also have events to socialize with neighbours, which creates a friendly and welcoming vibe. It’s a diverse community too — which makes living here even nicer.
  • I’ve been living at City Lights for over three years and have had a great experience. The the units are a good size, the building is built well and the balconies are much larger than most condos in the area—one of the many standout features. The dens are also a decent size and actually functional, which isn’t always the case in newer builds. I’ve seen some of the one-star reviews below and honestly, they’re not reflective of what it’s like to live here. A lot of the negative feedback came from a short period during the summer when the AC was down, which was quickly addressed and resolved.…
