I love living here. After dealing with horrible management at our last place this place is a luxury. The office ladies are absolutely amazing and meet any concern in an extremely timely manner with kindness. The maintenance team is brag worthy. My washer was leaking and literally within minutes of my call someone was at my door with an entirely new washer I didn’t even know I needed. You won’t find this dedication at other complexes TRUST ME. The community always feels safe and pleasant. The greenery is beautiful and well maintained. The team at CTC Stadium is what makes this place amazing. They are top notch above the rest. They are easy to work with and talk to and can take care of any issues you may have. The property is beautiful, reasonably priced and a great place to call home!
We have just moved into our new little home over about a month ago. Grecia S and the whole team in the leasing office made the move incredibly smooth, fast and efficient. They were also and still are readily available to answer any questions.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Moving from California was stressful, but Maria Salazar and the entire leasing office staff made the transition so smooth and pleasant. Maria has been incredibly attentive and helpful, always quick to answer any questions we have. The maintenance team is also excellent—fast to respond and efficient in resolving any issues that come up in our unit. The pricing here is very reasonable, especially for an up-and-coming area that continues to develop. Overall, we’ve had a great experience and truly appreciate the professionalism and care from everyone on the team.

It’s like the quality of this place just keeps going down hill. First they blocked residents from being able to voice their concerns on the bulletin board. Basically censuring our voices. Now they downgraded the smart features in the home from Vivint to ambient. They make you pay a month technology fee on top of your rent but the new doorbell doesn’t allow you to check your cameras in case you get packages or visitors. It only lets you check the camera when someone rings the doorbell which I find useless. There have been plenty of cases where thieves steal packages so there’s no security in…
I have loved my whole experience from applying, to move-in, to actually living here. The office staff, specifically Maria, has been amazing. The communication has been great throughout, I have felt like a priority when I've had questions. When I had some issues with my home, Maria was able to get them all taken care of the same day I reported them. My experience has been nothing but positive!
