My parents were taken into SAMANA Headquarters office, they placed their trust in the agents of this company and were deliberately pressured into paying nearly €4,500. They were handled by a woman "Property consultant, off-plan specialist, Dubai Real Estate" and a so called· director, who used lies, manipulation and a complete lack of transparency to extract money with no contractual basis. I moved into the building as the first tenant in my apartment, expecting that a brand-new building would be delivered in proper working condition. Unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing, with recurring issues and a management approach that places the financial burden of construction defects on tenants. During my recent visit to the Samana glove avenue building, I noticed significant improvements in maintenance and overall upgrades. A special thanks to Ahmed Abdel Ghani for his noticeable and appreciated efforts. It’s clear that the development is ongoing, and we are always moving towards betterment.
I recently moved here, and the building is very nice and well maintained. My apartment, which is a studio, faces the main road, and I can constantly hear the traffic noise even though the windows are double-glazed. I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same issue and if there’s a way to reduce the noise.

I have been facing numerous issues with my apartment and the entire building. The walls have persistent leaks that have ruined the paint in the living room, balcony, and showers. Despite repeated repair attempts (four times in my unit alone), the leaks remain. At this point, my emails and calls are simply ignored. I have contacted the landlord, Samana representatives, reception, and contractors, yet no one takes responsibility or provides a proper solution. The materials used in the apartments are of very poor quality — closet doors come off, balcony handles are flimsy, and the balcony doors…
The building is fine. But the access system is very annoying, the card is so easy to get lost, and you need access to use the elevators, and the parking. The car has to be carried with you at all times so very easy to get lost and it’s very very annoying. Trust me you will lose the card at least 5-6 times, and it’s 200 dirhams to get a new one.
Samana is delivering new projects with a private pools . I had visit this project and quality is really good . We can compare this with a big developer and Samana will be worthy opponent
Good Infrastructure and large living areas of Samana Golf Avenue, it is absolutely better among others in town. PM for investment akcentfazal@gma.
