I was showed some apartments by Courtney, she was helpful and very friendly while answering my many questions. The tour was like 50 minutes long but felt quick, I'm ready to move in. The community looked wonderful and the tour felt comfortable, I was told by Courtney about her resident events she helps put together they sound fun. Great experience overall!
Asia has been amazing through the entire leasing process! I have been to the location multiple times and she has been there to assist, give tours, and answer my millions of questions every single time! Out of all the times I’ve leased an apartment this has been the best experience thanks to Asia! She is amazing & couldn’t have been so easy without her!
Altis Grand Lake Willis is a beautiful community with great amenities and a convenient location. The apartments are modern and well-designed. The team does a good job keeping the property clean and maintained. Overall, it’s a solid place to live if you’re looking for a newer, upscale apartment community in the area.

Please read multiple reviews before leasing here. I can see multiple residents dealing with similar issues regarding lack of response from management based off below reviews. Have lived here 15 months and have given management ample time to respond appropriately to concerns brought up to them before posting this. Security gates have never closed once. They used a lightning storm last fall as an excuse that they "broke again" yet the gates had not been closed one time since moving in December of 2024 which all residents can confirm. Nice units and good utilities, but Phase 2 has been completely neglected. This is a newer apartment complex, Phase 2 has been open for less than a year and it started off great. Unfortunately, once the building became more occupied, everything went downhill fast. There is no security at all anywhere in the community. No security guards, no visible cameras. If something is stolen, it’s gone—there’s no accountability or follow-up. The shared amenities in Phase 2 are trashed. I’ve been really impressed with Altis Grand Lake Willis so far. The apartments themselves are beautiful — modern layouts, lots of natural light, and nice finishes like stainless steel appliances and big bathrooms. The community feels upscale, and the amenities definitely stand out. The pool and fitness center are some of the best I’ve seen, and I love that it’s all kept really clean and well-maintained.
