where do i start, this place is a joke, its not gated the gates have been broken for about a month, everytime it rains our living room get wet because the aracdia door leaks, people smoking pot every night to where we cannot have our windows open to enjoy the fresh air because it smells like pot and we have a newborn baby, they have dog park but no doggie door, people are shooting off fireworks all hours of the night and its not even 4th of July or new years makes my dog scared to death, for some reason i thought living out west would be nicer but i was happier in ghettoville. I can only say…
I currently live here, it is a very nice place. Well taken care of and maintained. Anything that breaks in my unit or the complex they fix it almost immediately. Chris in the office has been very Helpful and nice, and maintenance has been more than willing to help with any issues
I am expecting to move here soon. Chris has been amazing with showing me the property and communicating with me. I have only met Chris I can only imagine everything he has to do but he has been communicating and being very helpful. The property is nice and clean.
I’ve been a resident since July 2023 and I’m actually surprised by how many low stars & ratings there are. I moved in when this community was still under construction, I’ve had more positive experiences than bad for sure. The office & maintenance staff has always been very professional, helpful and respectful with me. The community is well taken care of & maintained. The maintenance is super quick on getting any issues resolved. The rent is very comparable to any other similar places in the market. Yeah, you do hear the train and jets overhead but that’s a matter of having common sense &…

I love living here, my husband and I have been here for a little longer than a year. Having so much flexibility in the beginning with our lease term helped and it’s made it obvious we will be renewing our lease here. Office staff has always been kind and understanding, Chris especially will take his time to help which is very much appreciated. We love the amenities the spa in the winter is a game changer and having access to grills makes those steak dinners 10x better. Not to mention the units themselves are beautiful. Thank you Avilla Grand!
Moving here from Chicago was the best decision my wife and I made. Spacious, comfortable and maintenance is responsive and respectful of our home. The pool of great and the spa is heavenly after a ten hour shift!!! We hope to continue growing and thriving here!!
Been here for a little over 2 months now, I love living here! Chris the leasing agent is super helpful and responsive. My neighbors are absolutely amazing it's almost like we made a little community family. The maintenance so far has been very response, they are all wonderfully nice! I have yet to meet anyone else from the office yet. I have had no issues this far, although management recently made me aware of an issue they brought to me attention, we will see how management deals with it? I believe management is there for your help, assistance, and management with your lease. So I'm hoping…
After living here for 2 years, the staff has changed. The spa never has worked but paid for it. Then they are over changing for the conn service, but they can't seem to get their billing right. Saying that we are 2 to 3 months behind because of their mistakes, which is not true, they are over billing us. I knew this place was a scam. They blame it on computer systems. Thank goodness I am leaving at the end of the lease. Then, for a smoke-free place, there is a lot of smoking 🚬, and pot smoking is going on. It used to be quiet but not anymore, the people driving with music so loud it rattles…
