  • I waited until closer to my move-out date to leave a review, but ongoing issues with this property have made it impossible to stay silent. Since moving in April 2025, there have been an excessive number of water shutoffs and service interruptions, which point to a serious underlying infrastructure problem. For a one-bedroom apartment priced close to $2,500 per month, reliable access to basic utilities should be a given. On multiple occasions, water service has been unavailable with minimal notice. Most recently, an email was sent around noon stating water would be shut off. I work night…
  • This apartment should feel like a home, not a jail. Unfortunately, Clara has made living here very difficult for us. Please think twice before renting this apartment.
  • My wife and I are well entering our third year at The McAdams in Memorial City, and it just keeps getting better. The building is always spotless and feels truly luxurious, from the amenities to every detail. The community is fantastic, and the staff—Chris, Alvin, Leroy, and the entire team—are so wonderful, kind, and eager to help. Karaoke night is our absolute favorite, and the Lunar New Year celebration was top-notch—for a community event, nothing compares! Maintenance is super responsive and does excellent work every time. 10/10—highly recommend McAdams to anyone searching for a premium…
  • There's nothing I can do remotely. I have to check the battery level of the front door lock by listening to the sound it makes, and then manually request a replacement. There is no feature to open the door remotely for guests. When a guest arrives, I have to go down to the first floor, ride with them in their car, watch them park on the rooftop, and then we can go inside. Everything is analog. Other than that, everything is great.

  • The staff at McAdams have gone above and beyond to make our transition to apartment living go smoothly. Chris, our leasing consultant, reprinted my parking permits multiple times as I had to transition from out of state. Winta, our concierge, helped me book a quiet workspace when I needed an alternate place to work. Alvin answered numerous questions with grace and provided valuable advice. Overall, the apartment we picked is lovely, but its the people that have made McAdams feel like home.
  • This review is specifically for Chris Curtis. From the moment we first toured the McAdams, Chris was an absolute gem. He was so kind, helpful, and genuinely went above and beyond to assist me throughout the entire process. We’re truly grateful to have had him guiding us. In fact, Chris was the reason we ultimately decided to live here instead of choosing our other option. During the process, I was dealing with an injury, and Chris did everything he could to accommodate me, which meant the world to us. On top of that, his sense of humor is unmatched—he had us laughing throughout! Chris, we…
  • I selected this complex after looking at 10 other apartments in the houston area. The McAdams is by far the cleanest, safest, and has the best location out of all of them. Thanks to Chris from the leasing office for showing me a model unit and answering all my questions. Glad to have made a friend in the moving process! I definitely recommend you schedule a tour.
  • This is an amazing apartmant complex. I highly recommend this place. location is amazing within a step to Memorial City Mall. Front desk guys are so helpful, specifically Hanna is so kind. Lease office, Christopher is so professional and helpful. He knows his job and try his best to give you an amazing service. Many thanks to all staff and of course the leader of this amazing group Sunny the manager.
