We had no power for 24 hours on a 43 degree day in late 2023. This was a brand new building less than 6 months earlier. The building manager told us they would organise reimbursement of $100 for our lost food. My photo is some of the food I had to throw away. Building management washed their hands of the issue and stopped responding to residents. You owe me $100. Having the rubbish chute blocked over Christmas and New Years was also terrible, with no building staff working and the big dumpster room locked. I was deeply impressed by the excellent management service of Deicorp. They address even small complaints promptly and with care.
Deicorp what is the issue! Fire Alarms, Power cuts. Beautiful buildings but 12 hrs and counting without power on a 43degree day! Sorry but this is your brand and your name!!! Not good enough!
Brand new set of modern buildings which connects Rouse Hill shopping centre, Sydney Metro, Bus station, library, lots of parks... just within a few steps of walking.

There is no property Manager, nobody pick up the phone, Power outage issue is a big problem in this 32 Civic Way property, and don't expect any help from property management, they don't exist!!... the Village property Agency also useless... the worst property in NSW
Damien from CBRE was very helpful and showed us around the place giving a very honest and insightful experience. We recommend him. He also helped out around the whole first home buyers scheme etc. All the settling processes etc He was very helpful.
Jimmy was very helpful and insightful when I was deciding to buy property here. He responds to my questions within a very short period of time, and all-round very trusting. I appreciate his help
My husband and I were certainly not looking to buy an apartment when we accompanied our son to buy his first apartment. Then when we told our family about it, my sister in law and her hubby also bought off the plan. So we were swayed by the quality of the furnishings and of course Jimmy from Deicorp helped us decide. He has been instrumental in choosing our level 6 apartment and its location. The outlook is very serene and gorgeous. I highly recommend Jimmy for his professional service and friendliness.
