Ma'am Bouchra is really accomodating during our dine in at Rooftop (Iftar). Food was great. There was a wide selection of dishes — from appetizers and salads to main courses and desserts. I loved that there were options for everyone, including seafood, grilled meats, pasta, and Asian dishes. Staff were attentive and quick to clear plates. They were polite and accommodating.
Great Ramadan iftar experience at Arabella Beach Hotel Kuwait. The ambiance was elegant and relaxing, perfect for breaking fast. The buffet had a good variety of Arabic and international dishes, fresh salads, tasty mains, and delicious Ramadan desserts. Service was friendly and attentive even during busy iftar time. Overall, a pleasant and well-organized iftar buffet — recommended for families and gatherings.
This is my second stay at this hotel, the room is amazing, the food is so delicious and the staff are so friendly and helpful, i met Shakira at dinner time and Bushra at breakfadt at ENVY restaurant. So welcoming and friendly they keep checking if i need anything and they were quick in bringing what i needed. Coffee is another story, so perfect. They made me smile today for their coffee art it was a nice touch. Thank you
I had a wonderful experience at Arabella Beach Hotel. The atmosphere was relaxing, the place was clean, and it’s a great spot to enjoy a peaceful time by the beach. A special mention goes to Envy resturant which truly stood out. The food was very good, fresh, and well prepared. What made the experience even better was the amazing service from the staff Boshra and Subadib were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We had our breakfast and it was amazing! The food is indeed delicious the bread and egg are all freshly made! Hig thanks to Mr July , and shakira and Ms Bushra fo welcoming us . We surely be back. I highly recommended since i do food blogs in kuwait! Shout out to the server at the Icon Rooftop Brother Whis did an amazing job of handling ou needs we visited there and he was spectacular to his work!! 10/10 Aiza Pelayo
The hotel is very clean, quiet, and has a modern design. However, a small suggestion, the transparency of the bathroom could be improved, as a more private design would be preferable. The staff are always available, including basement staff, and are happy to help, which made our stay very comfortable. Breakfast is served at the rooftop restaurant, which was a lovely experience. Ms. Bouchra was always there to welcome us with a smile and made sure to check on us. Bourcha and Subha from the breakfast buffet were extremely nice and friendly. Very attentive to my needs and asking if i wanted tea/coffee/juice. Food was amazing and had a variety you could choose from. They had a wide cheese selections which was a plus for me! The room felt and looked clean, the colours were nice soft and very comforting. Staff were all friendly and was always smiling while giving a greeting :) Overall, loved my experience here
Starting from the check-in process, everyone at the front desk were professional and knowledgeable. We were given a beautiful room on the 4th floor. The pool was clean and special shoutout to Brian for being attentive and helpful. Arjun from housekpeeing and Maria from ZO eatery were great as well. I cannot wait to stay with you all again!
