Absolutely the worst building I’ve lived in. The management is careless and unprofessional, maintenance is useless. The building staff are rude, security is ineffective busy watching tiktok, and even basic issues like Automatic gate and cameras don’t work properly. corridor smells bad. The building itself is poorly built cockroaches, thin walls, leaking pipes, and constant repairs. Rent keeps increasing with no justification. Overall, a horrible experience. Tenants with lack-of civic sense throw garbage on the floor instead of the bin very bad smell.
Horrible experience. The security and maintenance guys will never be kind to you. They will find every possible reason to argue with you and make your life as difficult as possible. The maintenance guy got all the hard working and kind security guys fired and gives parking spots to the people who give him money. And this behaviour of his is encouraged by the building management because they also have the same attitude. Everyone here is constantly smoking and partying till morning so the fire alarm keeps ringing and you can hear everything through the paper thin walls AND you can smell…
This building is managed in the worst possible way. The management is completely unprofessional and careless, with zero sense of responsibility. Maintenance is a joke the so-called “maintenance guy” is lazy and rude. On top of that, tenants are forced to pay extra for maintenance, while nothing is actually maintained. Security and maintenance guy even play favoritism, giving extra parking spots to certain tenants in exchange for bribes, while ignoring everyone else.If you have 2 cars or guests then forget Rent keeps increasing every year irrespective of the RERA index, and when you question…

Great reception hall. Nice family building. Only a few vehicle parking for guests.
WORST FM TEAM.
The worst building maintenance service available. If have little life left with u don't go to this building. Still half of the flats are unfilled and will b as it is forever. The only reason is the maitance guys thinks they r the owners and whatever repair we tell, they say it is not their job
