I visited the OB here for an ultrasound (required for my school application) when I was a student 6 years ago. Instead of being treated with utmost confidentiality and care, the nurses here made fun of my appearance saying that I have many pimples and I was too haggard. Mind you, they were talking about it while I was still in the room. And until now, it still haunts me every time I go to this hospital. But because we have limited options for healthcare here in the province, we don't really have a choice. Today, the same experience issued. I'm the companion of my niece who was confined for 4…

Outdated facilities, poor services, and with all that it is costly. Had a whole ab ultrasound scheduled here thinking it’s convenient, dr was super late and it took almost 2hrs before taking in the first patient. 45min had passed and only 2 patients were brought in. Take your business elsewhere.

I can't begin to describe how awful and heartbreaking this experience has been. The service was terrible, and they just kept asking for more and more money without actually doing their job. They even put you on oxygen when you’re perfectly fine just to rack up more charges. It’s all a scheme to drain you dry, leaving you with nothing. The people there are rude, cold, and utterly disrespectful. They don’t care about your well-being—only about taking your money. My friend's sister died because of their poor service.

Went in because I bruised my coccyx in cebu. Was in and out within 45 minutes and in that time had a consultation, x ray, received my medication and paid for everything. No complaints at all

Is the price for oxygen inhalation really costs you 2,600 for only 6-7 hours of using it? We asked for an itemized bill but all the total doesn't even match up with the SOA given to us.

You rather choose to die at home than taking your love ones kn this hospital. Doctors and staff will put your family in ICU to be monitored. But don’t be too confident that they will look after your family but they monitor my family to die. Bad doctor no compassion and morals. He needs to refresh his code of ethics studies.

We came to the emergency and were attended immediately, by a quailfied male nurse. Unfortunately, there was no specialist there to help us, only a general practitioner instead of an orthopedist. An X ray was made with a machine which looked like from the 1950s. We got a receipt for the pharmacy, but were recommended to go to our clinic in Manila for thorough diagnosis.

I had my surgery at ADH and it was successful. The staff was on time, from my admission down to the schedule of my surgery. Both my surgeon and anesthesiologist visited me the night before the operation to ask important questions, which I believe was quite important given that I'd be going under the knife. It was scary but I had to trust my surgeon. And, of course, I prayed a LOT! The surgery went well and I recovered quite easily. I guess being a non-smoker and -drinker also helped.
