We were shown around by Fernando and we are very displeased at the level of unprofessionalism. He was rude, abrupt, and answered our questions as if we were supposed to know the answer. Half way through our tour he took a phone call to what seemed like a colleague and was very rude to them on the phone right in front of us. My partner was very uncomfortable after that and I don’t think we’ll be putting in an application. If this is the face of Strategic then we won’t be looking at any more of their buildings. For a little person he’s got a lot of attitude.
STAY AWAY FROM THE CUBE as far as possible. What I've witnessed since I moved here is absolutely unbelievable especially considering the amount of rent we pay to live here. Electric wiring seems to be hooked up wrongly, causing the breaker to fly to every time you want to vacuum the apartment. Constant issues with the AC but the worst part to me is the constant changing of the property manager. I've lived here for 7 months and this company has gone through 4!!! Property managers. Nothing gets ever accomplished, nothing gets done. At least Andrea tried her hardest to make things work here but…
Do not come to this building. Unless if you want to lost your bike in the bicycle room, always have broken ac, break in of your vehicle in the parking lot! The previous review about the ac never fixed until now. Tenants keep submitting fix request and they will send someone who even don’t know how to use control pad of the ac to you. The ac even shut down during winter. And also you will never find people who can solve all this problems. You will never know how rude the manager can be. She will yell to you through the phone. If you can’t help as a manager you should quit. Or at least you…
Living in this building has become a real ordeal. The air conditioner has broken down for the second time this month, and it turns out this is due to a complete lack of preventive maintenance, which should be done in advance—not after something breaks. In this heat, it’s absolutely unbearable, and no one is in a hurry to fix the issue promptly. The air conditioner has now been out of service for a week, and to make matters worse, it’s impossible to properly ventilate the apartment due to the strange and impractical window design. This disaster is insane for price we pay.

So im living in this building just right now. And i just want to let everybody know : just stay away from this building at all cost. Property company was suprised they need to mainaine an air conditioning system BEFORE a season. So the result of that awesome management is all the tenants are sitting in the aparts without any proper windows at 27-28 degrees and without any chance to have a fresh air. It just a literally hamam or sauna. If you will ask them to fix it - you will hear the answer "you need to be patient". Oh, trust me, tenants of this building are the most patient people in the…
I met Abi, the new property manager after exchanging a couple of emails where I quickly got my issues resolved and even when we met she was so kind and all smiles. Cube is a beautiful building (in and out) and a nice place to live in with its accessibility to bus stops and a lot of places downtown. I am happy with the quality of staffing now at the cube unlike what it has been the past 19 months of my stay where It was almost impossible to reach the building managers! Keep up the good work, Cube management!
I don't even know where to begin. I've lived here for 18 months and the building has had 7? different building managers. They are impossible to reach. Day 1 I reached out for building maintenance for poor water pressure, a broken fridge, a broken smoke detector!!!! and a few other things and 4 days before moving out I have not received any of it. Upon moving in, I filed a complaint about scratches on the walls, and chipped paint, and damaged windowsills, that was supposed to be gone before I moved in but I know for a fact they are going to blame that on me when I leave because I'm guessing…
The Cube is a charming building that appeals from the outside and inside. However, don’t let that fool you. I lived here for a 12 month lease term. The building has had 7+ building managers in the last year. Greystone Management is hard to reach and their phone numbers only go to a agent that forwards calls. Oftentimes you'll not hear word from anyone for weeks until you recontact. The biggest issue that happened during my tenancy was miscommunication on Greystones part. Story goes; When I had signed my lease, my rent came with a 12 month incentive. Fast forward to the middle January, I began…
